When you visit our office in Willits Town Center on a Friday, Karma will likely be the first to say hello.
- The Greeting: She will meet you at the door with a wagging tail.
- The Comfort: If you are nervous about your exam or in pain, Karma is happy to sit by your side and offer silent support.
- The Respect: Karma is trained to be calm and respectful. If you prefer not to interact with dogs, simply let us know, and she will happily give you space.

We want everyone to enjoy Karma’s company safely.
- No Other Pets, Please: To ensure Karma stays focused on her job, we ask that you do not bring your own pets into the office on Fridays.
- Allergies: If you have severe dog allergies, please let us know when booking so we can schedule you on a non-Friday or make appropriate accommodations.
